During the launch of IJM's Smart Highway Traffic Control Centre, Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi revealed that the vast majority of Malaysia's 28 highway concessionaires are negotiating the rollout of Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) toll systems. These discussions with B2B partners focus on deploying sophisticated RFID, ANPR (Automated Number Plate Recognition), and cloud-based transactional systems to replace physical toll booths.
